New ID Studios are an exclusive Beauty Salon, which currently has a unique partnership with Burlingtons, whom M P Solutions have recently created quite the relationship with. Burlington Hair Salons have been at the forefront of creative hair design for over 25 years, allowing New ID’ to provide more glamorous services to their clients in partnership with Burlingtons.

The lucky winners will be able to trial New ID’s own Innovative’ make-up range, created using the hundreds of make up artists’ working around the UK and their insights to Makeup Design. As well as this, they will get the opportunity to frame their day with one of New Id’s exclusive range of beautifully hand-crafted frames to portray their prints.

“I just know that this is going to really get to the guys as well. It was National Womens day yesterday and the ladies got a bit of special treatment through out the day. Poole, manager of M P Solutions Direct recently topped the leader board with their latest campaign, and as a gesture of appreciation of the continuous and outstanding hard work and representation, is treating his guys to a week of fun and frolics.
The fun started at the weekend with a Crew meal in Nandos.

“It was really nice to spend the evening with everybody together.” Said Charlotte – Assistant manager of M P Solutions Direct. “And where better to spend this time than in my favourite restaurant in Coventry?!”

Poole is going to be taking the crew for a little healthy competition with a spot of paintballing at their local station.
“This is the perfect opportunity for my guys to spend some quality time and let off some steam.”
However Poole isn’t quite the softy he seems to portray. This luxury is only available to the team if they hit their goals for this week. “I’m happy to treat my team on a regular basis” said Poole “God knows they deserve it, but if I treat them to a day out regardless of them hitting their goals, the appreciation dies down and my efforts will be wasted.”

“There will be a special cash bonus up for grabs for the first man to shoot me” said Poole with confidence. “I am yet to be shot in any paint ball game I have taken part in – and there are dozens to date”

Poole has also arranged a special Top gun competition. There will be an additional cash bonus for the sales advisor with the highest stats by the end of this week. Ending on Saturday his guys only have 1 day left to really show what they are made of.

With all of this excitement and fun it’s easy to see that these guys all have a special relationship, and obviously work well as a team, as well as individually. With incentives like this it’s not hard to see why!
